onsalenow Ltd reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which onsalenow services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions (t&cs) and for additional terms posted on the onsalenow websites.

Responsibility of Retailers and their Customers

Where you undertake to purchase a product or service advertised on the onsalenow website, a contract exists between you and the retailer advertising on the website. No contract for purchase exists between you and the onsalenow website.

Each individual store on the onsalenow site is responsible for providing and explaining any prices and product descriptions. You are responsible for reading and understanding these prices and product descriptions. If you choose to complete a purchase either online, visiting the retailer’s store or otherwise, you are responsible for paying all charges for products and services purchased. onsalenow has no liability in relation to stores operating on its site.

It is the responsibility of Retailers operating on the site to ensure that their legal obligations under the Consumer Information Act (1978) and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act (1980) are met. If you have a complaint that may fall under either of these two Acts you should direct your complaint to the relevant retailer in the first instance. If you receive no satisfaction however, please contact us with the details of your complaint and we will endeavour to investigate. Where a contract is made between customer and retailer under the definition set out under the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations, 2001 and European Communities (Directive 2000/31/EC) Regulations 2003, this contract exists between the retailer and the customer. No contract exists between you and the onsalenow website.

Personal use

Unless otherwise specified, the onsalenow site/services are for personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, transmit, display, distribute, perform, reproduce, licence, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products and services obtained from onsalenow without the prior permission of onsalenow.

As a condition of your use of the onsalenow site/services, you will not use the site/services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any disputes which may arise in connection with these terms and conditions.
