Personalise this Slate Hanging Heart for a special person with a name using up to 12 characters and three lines of 15. The design features the wording 'noun.' which is fixed text. The heart has a piece of natural, rustic string which enables this item to be hung up. If you wish to have numbers engraved, please add these.
